Asian Handicap – They are the same odds as in football, but crossed by several options. In addition to the usual possibilities for us (0, -1, -1.5, -2) the options are added and crossed. Take into account the details.
There are several types of conventional odds in football:
(0) – it is a bet to the team, which implies a return in the case of a draw. If the team wins this bet wins, in case of defeat, respectively, it is lost.
(+0.5) – A bet to the team, which implies a win in case of victory of this team or a draw. In case of defeat the selected team loses.
(-0.5) – It is a bet to a team, in which in case of victory of this team you will get a prize, and in case of a tie or loss, you lose.
(-1) – It is a bet on a team in which if you win by 2 goals or more you get winnings. In case of victory by 1 goal, you are reimbursed. In the case of a tie or loss, you lose.
(+1) – It is a bet to a team, that in the case of a win or a draw you will win. In case of defeat by 1 goal you are reimbursed, and in case of defeat by 2 goals or more, you lose.
(-1.5) – A bet on a team in which if you win by 2 goals or more you get a win on your bet, and if you win by 1 goal, draw or lose, you lose.
(+1.5) – A bet on a team, that in the case of victory, a draw or a 1-goal loss you will have winnings, and in case of defeat by 2 goals or more, you will have lost.
You guessed it, the number in parentheses is the added value, which is added or subtracted from the final score for the team by which this handicap is established. But as the price of goals in football is very high, simple values cannot always level the odds of the two teams’ bets and make them equal in terms of probability.
Therefore, bookmakers very often offer a special type of mixed odds:
(0 and 0.5) – A type of bet in which the sum is divided into 2 equality rates with the same factor: the first half is a bet (0), and the other half (0.5). If the team in which the bet was made (0 and 0.5) has won, you win the two halves. If the teams tie, there is a refund for one half (0), and a gain for the other half (0.5). If the team was defeated, the two halves (0) and (0.5) lost.
The variants of these “crosses” can be many:
(-0.5 AND 0) – Half of the bet is on the handicap (-0.5), and the second on (0).
(-0.5 Y -1) – Half of the bet is on the handicap (-0.5), and the second on (-1).
(-1 and -1.5) – An average quota is in handicap (-1), and the second in (-1.5), etc.
In addition, the Asian handicap also shows as -0.25 for 0 / -0.5; -0.75 for -0.5 / -1 and in positive values 0.25 for 0 / + 0.5 and 0.75 for + 0.5 / + 1. This shows the average value of the fees.
